1943 Started from a small office in Kolkata, West Bengal by the extremely enterprising Late Shri. Vrajdaslalji Dattani, Ramniklal Nandlal Bros. was a trading firm dealing in cotton yarn and staple fiber.
In 1977, after successfully establishing the company in Eastern India and becoming the sole selling agents in the region for some leading mills, the next generation took the initiative to move ahead and capture bigger markets. Thus, a branch of Ramniklal Nandlal Bros was setup in Kalbadevi, Mumbai, to tap into the growing West Indian yarn market.
In 1993, the family took the next big step of venturing from trading into manufacturing, setting up a polyester texturized yarn factory at Daman.
As 2001 rolled in, it saw the birth of Sanathan Textiles Pvt. Ltd with the commencement of a new factory in Silvassa, which, ventured into the manufacturing of POY and Texturized yarn. It was the first time that a texturizing company was setting up their own POY manufacturing facility in India
2003 Sanathan was among the first few to start a new innovative product-Fine Micro Dope Dyed Yarn.
2007 Sanathan Textiles ventured into cotton yarn manufacturing at Silvassa tapping into our long history in the cotton yarn trading business, deriving knowledge and experience from our 40+ years of trading.
2008 We doubled our capacity of POY, Textured yarn and also stared Fully Drawn yarn (FDY) to meet the growing demand of polyester yarn in India and around the world.
2012 The third generation joined the business infusing young ideas, young blood and breathing fresh air into the organization and undertaking the task of taking things forward as well as upward.
2013 Sanathan Textiles took the next big leap in our growth with a continuous polymerization plant (CP) incorporating further backward integration in the manufacturing process and expanding our polyester yarn manufacturing capacities by three folds.
We added Air-textured yarns (ATY) to our vast range of products. Thus delivering our promise of supplying a wide range of innovative yarns under one roof.
At Sanathan, we had our highest every export sale. We also setup a dedicated R&D and sales team to focus on the growing world market, in line with our current prime minister - Shri. Narendra Modi’s, vision of “Make in India”
